I love advocating for change in our sector. I'm happy to have a controversial opinion and I love challenging people's thinking.

Immediate responses, outdated thinking, and spicy food.

I won't answer straight away. Sometimes I need to think. But you also shouldn't ask my opinion unless you really want to hear what I think.
