Things I love

Morning walks on the beach with my partner, son and our dog, Lola. I've spent a lot of the last 20 years working in restaurants across the world, so now I love to cook for friends in the comfort of our home.

What doesn’t work for me

I don't like unconstructive criticism and people complaining all the time.

I love to make jokes and laugh a lot. I like both exploring new things and quiet time. It's all about balance.
